Before you email about an order

Have your order number ready (it's in your confirmation email). If it's about artwork or a photo, attach the file — it saves a round trip.

Need a change after ordering?

Personalization is locked in once production starts, usually within 12 hours of your order. Email us as soon as you spot the problem and we'll change it if we still can.
