Shipping & Delivery
Everything we sell is made to order, so there are two clocks: production time (making your piece) and shipping time (getting it to you).
Production time
- Ornaments, plaques and prints: 2 – 4 business days
- Photo and pet-portrait items: 3 – 5 business days (artwork is drawn by hand)
- Pillows and fabric items: 3 – 5 business days
Shipping time (United States)
- Standard: 5 – 8 business days — $8.00, free on orders over $70
- Express: 2 – 4 business days — $15.00
Total time = production + shipping. A standard ornament ordered today typically arrives in 7 – 12 business days.
Christmas cut-off dates
To arrive before December 25 in the US:
- Standard shipping: order by December 8
- Express shipping: order by December 15
Orders placed after those dates still ship as fast as we can make them — we just can't promise the date.
Tracking
You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves us. If tracking hasn't moved in 5 business days, email support@lilmeanings.com and we'll chase it.
Wrong address
We ship to the address you enter at checkout. If it's wrong, tell us within 12 hours and we'll fix it before production. After that, a re-ship is charged at cost.
