Shipping Policy

All products sold by Little Meanings Limited are personalized and made to order. Total delivery time is production time plus shipping time.

1. Production time

Ornaments, plaques and prints: 2–4 business days
Photo and pet-portrait items: 3–5 business days
Pillows and fabric items: 3–5 business days

2. Shipping methods and cost (United States)

Standard: 5–8 business days — $5.99, free on orders over $49
Expedited: 2–4 business days — $12.99

3. International shipping

We ship to Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia and most of the EU. Delivery is 10–20 business days. Rates are calculated at checkout. Import duties, taxes and customs charges, where applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient.

4. Holiday cut-off dates

For delivery before December 25 within the United States: order by December 8 (standard) or December 15 (expedited). Orders placed after these dates are produced and dispatched as quickly as possible but arrival before December 25 is not guaranteed.

5. Tracking

A tracking link is emailed when your order is dispatched. If tracking has not updated for 5 business days, contact support@lilmeanings.com.

6. Delivery addresses

Orders are shipped to the address supplied at checkout. Address corrections must be requested within 12 hours of ordering. Re-shipment due to an incorrect address supplied by the customer is charged at cost.
