Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of lilmeanings.com and any purchase from it. The Site is operated by Little Meanings Limited ("we", "us"). By using the Site or placing an order you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

2. Products and personalization

All products are personalized and made to order. You are responsible for the accuracy of the names, dates, spelling and images you submit. We print exactly what is submitted. Requests to change personalization must be received within 12 hours of ordering and can only be accepted before production begins.

3. Content you upload

By uploading a photograph or other content you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it, and you grant us a limited licence to reproduce it solely for the purpose of producing your order. We may refuse any content that is unlawful, infringing, or that we reasonably consider offensive, and will refund the order in full if we do.

4. Colour and appearance

Product photographs are representative. Small variations in colour, finish and placement are inherent to made-to-order production and are not defects.

5. Pricing and payment

All prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where a product has been listed at an incorrect price, and will refund in full where we do.

6. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Refund Policy, both of which form part of these Terms.

7. Intellectual property

All designs, artwork, text and images on the Site are the property of Little Meanings Limited or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
